Obituary for Louise Emily Mary Godden (Neddo)
Godden, Louise Emily Mary- In loving memory of Louise Godden, age 67 years who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital on August 3, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.
Louise is survived by her husband Jim Godden of 43 years, daughters Tammy (Roger Leveille) of St-Charles, Tanya (Martin Pouliot) of Belle Vallee, Angela (Harry Grant) of New Liskeard and Amanda of New Liskeard. Louise is also survived by her grandchildren Brittney Boileau and Ryan and Kally Pouliot, who meant the world to her.
Louise enjoyed spending time with her family from holidays to the Godden Family Olympics, her family was very important to her. She also enjoyed spending time with friends when she could and with her beloved cat Julio who never left her side. Louise enjoyed her time that she spent with her Homecare nurses for the past eight years after numerous spinal surgeries.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to Louise's doctors (Dr. Pitrie and Dr. Pearce) in Sudbury, for whom treated her like one of their own family members and to all her Homecare workers that took wonderful care of her.
Obliging to Louise's wishes, there will be no service and cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium, Haileybury. Memorial contributions to the Northern Cancer Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged by the family. A Celebration of Life will be held for Louise at a later date.
