Condolence: Such wonderful memories of Bogart when we lived on Browning. His Lady slippers were beautiful and he took such pride in them.
He will be missed

Condolence From: Diana Cattarello
Condolence: Haileybury has lost it's longest living son and we are all lessened by his loss. I admired his simple lifestyle and determination as he aged, to remain active. I was very honored to receive a lady slipper in the Spring from this amazing, kind gentleman. RIP Bogart. You will be missed.

Condolence: Bogart is such a powerful memory. His Lady Slipper deliveries are infamous. Helga, my Mother, received an extra share and I have looked but not found the photo of of one delivery. He and our cousin George indulged in their Highland cattle rearing to the amusement of all of Haileybury. His bicycling well into senior years, his walking, his gardening, his quiet presence, his divining tricks, all are precious memories. A very good man to be greatly missed.

Condolence: We are deeply saddened to hear about Bogart's passing. He was truly a great gentleman with vast knowledge about Haileybury's history. Kunduri family feels it is an honour to know him. Every summer he used to bring beautiful Ladies Slippers flowers to our home, thank you for your thoughtfulness Bogart. As a former graduate of Haileybury School of Mines and his knowledge of prospecting, made him an unique story teller. Rest in peace Bogart.

Condolence: I send condolences and sincere sympathy to Bogart's family and the many friends who took care of him in his declining years. When Bogart was still cycling, he would push his bike up our street and driveway to visit with us. He and Doug were good friends and would chat for hours. We usually invited him to stay for supper, but sometimes he would say, "No thanks, I have to go home to bawl out the cook!". Rest in peace, Bogart, you'll be missed.

Condolence: Bogart has been a neighbor for over 25 years, I recall the years that he would give my sons a Chiclet
gum for either shoveling the snow or cutting the grass. When I first moved Bogart and I had chatted about where I once lived, family and friends. As it turns out he knew my grandfather, small world.
Bogart has been amusing and informative for me when he talks about the past. I was always amazed at how sharp and accurate his memory was.
I miss him, the Tri Town has loss a community pioneer, a gentleman and walking historian.
A privilege it was to know him. I am grateful

He came and helped me to paint our home in Haileybury, came to the church to help with renovations, worked at the museum, brought a ray of sunshine to many of us with his beautiful lady slippers and shared his countless stories about the Haileybury Fire. We have a lost a great man and we all will cherish our memories of Bogart. May he rest in peace.
